BrowseThisHouse.com is an Internet advertising service for real estate offered "for sale by owner." The Company is not a licensed real estate broker. The Company is not a member of any multiple listing service (MLS), and does not list real estate on any MLS.

BrowseThisHouse.com provides an advertising forum only and in no way represents the property sellers listing properties for sale on this site. All information presented on this web site is provided on an "as-is" basis. No warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or correctness of any of the information available on this site is made. Any and all information regarding properties for sale presented on this site are the sole responsibility of the property seller. Verification of the information for any property in which you may be interested is your responsibility alone.

This site is not for use by real estate agents or brokers unless and only unless agent or broker is acting as a buyer's agent and using the site in that capacity alone. Under no circumstances may any site visitor solicit an agency relationship with a property seller on this site. Further, site visitors may not offer to sell property sellers any goods or services. If you are an agent or broker you agree to respect the wishes of those property sellers whose property listings state: "This seller asks not to be contacted by real estate agents and brokers". If you have a client interested in such a property your client may contact seller only if client agrees to pay your commission should he/she purchase that particular property.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit or public purposes all or any portion of the Content, except to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. Property sellers may print as many copies of their own listing as they deem necessary to promote the sale of their property. Any permitted copies of content must reproduce in an unmodified form any notices contained in the content, such as copyright statements.

Users and visitors acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

You agree that you will not use any device, software, script or routine to circumvent our standard navigational structure, or to attempt to gain access to areas you are not authorized to access.

You agree that you will not take or cause any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or our infrastructure. Links to BrowseThisHouse.com database or search results constitute unauthorized use of our servers and our infrastructure.
