Your Listing Includes:

Listing on the BrowseThisHouse.com web site for an unlimited length of time. The listing will be created from information obtained from the completion of the BrowseThisHouse.com Homeowners Information form. This form can be either printed from our website, completed, and mailed to our office with accompanying photos, or be completed when meeting with one of our representatives.

The listing will remain on our website until sold, taken off the market or listed with a real estate agent or broker. The fee is $150 for this listing package.

At your request, unlimited changes to your listing will be made by our staff. These include: your selling price, contact information, description, pictures, or any other aspect of your listing. Additionally, if you desire to conduct an “Open House” at your property, we can add that information to your listing in advance of the open house to provide potential buyers this information.

Ten color photographs for your web page. These pictures may be changed, at your request, by our staff at no additional cost.

Use of "BrowseThisHouse.com" professional yard sign while your house is unsold and listed on the web site. Sign remains property of BrowseThisHouse.com, LLC. You agree to pay BrowseThisHouse.com, LLC $50 for the yard sign and $15.00 for a directional sign (if applicable) not made available for pickup after your listing ends or for signs damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Our site is hosted locally by egg media. In doing so, we have a local contact that assures the security of information on our site, as well as the reliability of the site being operational 24 hours a day.
